Villa Policies

• Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM
• All villas are non-smoking dwellings
• Booking is for a 6 day / 6 night stay for 8 guests
• Some villas sleep additional guests; an additional $250 guest fee will applied for groups exceeding 8 persons
• No 3rd party vendors are allowed on or inside Primus Villas properties for the safety of you as well as future guests
• Changes to your reservation may not be made within 120 days of your travel dates
• $150 per person security/utility deposit is due prior to travel
• All balances are due at least 30 days prior to travel
• Primus Villas requires a signed contract by each guest 16 and older prior to travel
• Client is responsible for all flights to and from travel destination
